Power LNG’s principal development asset is Project Seawolf, a US$250 million LNG production and marine-bunkering project at the Port of Galveston, Texas. The project is designed to provide LNG production, storage, marine bunkering, and international export capabilities, establishing an integrated LNG supply and logistics platform on the U.S. Gulf Coast.
Power LNG is currently under U.S. Department of Energy review for LNG export authorization, covering up to 51.75 Bcf per year, equivalent to more than 1 million metric tons of LNG annually, with planned exports to international markets through ocean-going LNG carrier vessels.

Ken Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Bond Management Pte. Ltd. (matrixbond.asia), the Group's Singapore-based contracting and execution entity for LNG and energy trading across Asian markets. He is also VP and Co-Founder of Amerigroup International Ltd. (Hong Kong), holding cross-entity shareholding across both platforms. Ken leads overall transaction coordination from upstream LNG procurement across African and Middle Eastern supply sources through CIF delivery to end buyers, and is the primary point of accountability for the Group's South Asian LNG delivery programmes.

Austin Terry is Founder and CEO of Power LNG LLC (power-lng.com), Houston, Texas, and serves as Onshore LNG Supply Coordinator embedded within the Matrix Bond project team. A Texas A&M alumnus, Austin specialises in energy infrastructure and project development across midstream, power, maritime, and sustainable logistics. He leads commercial feedstock origination and offtake agreement structuring from US Gulf Coast liquefaction facilities, and oversees strategic procurement and maritime logistics bridging onshore gas assets with global export vessels.

Global Marine & Terminal Operations Lead
Joseph P'Rambil is the Group's Global Marine and Terminal Operations Lead with over 30 years of LNG marine and downstream experience. Joseph pioneered the world's first LNG Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer and has directed more than 3,000 incident-free STS operations throughout his career. He previously served as Director of Operations (Global), Marine & Terminal at New Fortress Energy (newfortressenergy.com), following a senior operational role at Excelerate Energy (excelerateenergy.com). His FSRU and STS expertise is directly relevant to the Group's FSRU discharge and floating regasification operations across South and Southeast Asia.

Ajax Jia Liu is the Group's Business Development Director, bringing 17 years of experience across Middle East and Africa energy markets. Ajax's professional background is rooted in oil trading and upstream petroleum operations, giving him deep, hands-on expertise in crude sourcing, counterparty negotiation, and cross-border deal structuring. Matthias Vincent Gerber is the Group's Global Supply Chain and Strategic Innovation Lead. An alumnus of ESCP Europe and HEC Lausanne, Matthias is fluent in eight languages and has led global sourcing programmes across China, Europe, and the United States. His cross-border procurement expertise and strategic innovation capability support Matrix Bond's supply chain design, counterparty qualification, and commercial structuring. Matthias strengthens the Group's ability to identify and operationalise supply opportunities across diverse regulatory and commercial environments worldwide.
